Lucio Reis Filho is a Ph.D. in Communication (Film and Audiovisual Studies), has degrees in History and Visual Arts, with a specialization in Classical Studies. He is a professor, writer, and filmmaker whose interdisciplinary research spans the fields of History, Film, and Literature, with a particular focus on the horror and science fiction genres. He is the founder and coordinator of the Projeto Itaca.
